Burger Dance, Ladies and Gentlemen

The Pizza Hut, McDonalds and Kentucky Fried Chicken!!!

As I walk through this life searching for light in the darkness of insanity I ask myself is all hope lost? Is there only pain, hatred, and misery? Will you eventually awake from your slumber? You don't even know it, but you are a slave! You work, work and work. You are exhausted after your daily activities and you come home just to experience disappointment from your spouse or kids... You're expecting too much from them, they are just like you - slaves.

You'll spend your entire life working for others, paying off debts to others and performing tasks that others tell you that you “must” do.  You don’t like to think of yourself as “a slave”, but that is what you are.  It is just that the mechanisms of your enslavement have become very sophisticated.

Any borrower is the slave of the lender. Check yourself. Are you a lender or a borrower? All probability is that you are in debt from very early of your adult years. In fact, if you attended post-secondary school, to “get an education”, you have likely entered the “real world” with a staggering amount of debt. And of course that is just the beginning of your debt accumulation.

Glory, Glory, Hallelujah!!!

And even though you don’t realize this, over the course of your life the amount of money that you will repay on your debts is far greater than the amount that you originally borrowed. In fact, when it comes to credit card debt you can easily end up repaying several times the amount of money that you originally borrowed. So you work hard to pay off these debts, not working for yourself. Instead, your work makes corporations more profitable. So if you spend the best years of your life building businesses for others, servicing debts that you owe to others and making others wealthier, what does that make you?

I know, you are very much agitated reading this. The word “slave” have very negative connotation, and you typically don’t use it very much. Instead, you use word like “employee” because it makes you feel so much better. But is there really that much of a difference?

This is how Google defines “slave”...

a person who is the legal property of another and is forced to obey them.

How Google defines “employee”...

a person employed for wages or salary, especially at non executive level.

Yes, you might not be a “legal property” of someone else in a very narrow sense, but in a broader sense you have to answer to someone. You do have someone that you must obey and you have obligations that you must meet or else face the consequences.

But is that what life is about? Ask yourself. Is it your life about being a slave in a system that benefits others? Perhaps you don’t think that any of this applies to you personally. Well, if I come up to you and ask you what you truly own, please answer honestly?

Do you own your vehicle? Most people don’t. In fact, today the average auto loan at signing is 60% of all auto purchases and many of them stretch on for six or seven years, 20% are leases and only about 5% are cash transactions.

What about your home? Do you own it? Most people don’t. Overall the banks have a much greater “ownership” interest of your home and your land than you do. But even if you have your home totally “paid off”, does that mean that you actually “own” it? Well, no, not really. Just see what happens if you quit paying your property taxes to the city authorities. So if they can take your home away from you for not paying property taxes, do you really own it? That is something to think about.

What about other stuff? Do you own it? Perhaps. But you have willingly enslaved yourself in order to acquire all of that stuff. How much you have credit card debt? Are you really free if you do not pay off those credit card balances?

It Is Burger Dance, Ladies and Gentlemen!!!

You have to have the power of understanding to change things. That is the beauty of it. It does not matter where do you live, all over the world there is this feeling that something is deeply wrong with our world. You are feeling it so clearly; an unnamed busyness keeps you disconnected from the truth.

The world is run by big corporations; they want economic growth at all costs producing stress, depression and apathy. You work hard just to pay monthly bills. Have you ever wondered about the people who run the corporations? They are also humans but apart from human nature. They posses (or are possessed) by mentality of a predatory spirit who embodies greed; their gluttony and selfishness was transformed them into a predatory monsters. They have heart of ice making them impossible to feel compassion or love for others.

They run this planet by employing tactics of division, celebrating wants and artificial needs for general consumption, creating mass poverty and fear as a system of control. And you fall for it. You buy stuff that you don't need.

According to the statistics... In the last 15 years, the average Canadian home has grown from 1,000 square feet to almost 2,500 square feet. The Canadians consume twice as many food and material goods today as they did 50 years ago. All while carrying, on average, nearly $15,000 in credit-card debt.

Society suggesting that you fill up your inner emptiness by buying things. Buy, buy, buy... sugared and processed foods, clothing, cars, new homes, gadgets, plastic surgery, cosmetics, drugs, vacations... You buy things you don't need with money you don't have to impress people you don't like. And all that because of your inner emptiness!!!. It is a burger dance, ladies and gentlemen.
