The Christmas Day

My dear friends, you probably know what is placebo. It is a remarkable phenomenon in which a fake treatment, an inactive substance like sugar, distilled water, or whatever, improves a medical condition simply because the person has the expectation that it will be helpful. That expectation is not a wishful thinking but a real belief, it is the intent, the intent of the universe.

The universe will give us whatever we want. That is how it works. I see the dark matter of the universe as a sea of Intent and it is that force that is behind everything in visible and invisible world. It can't be otherwise. We don't have to be worthy, but we do have to know what it is that we want.

In order to have intent and hold it until it is fulfilled we need to posses attention. The attention is the most precious thing that we as a human beings have. But we are wasting our attention to millions of things so we do not have energy to hold a single thought for more than 8 seconds. Yes, that is an average span of human attention and it is less than attention of a goldfish.

Today is the day we waited so long, buying useless things while singing stupid songs. The Christmas day. I am not going to wish you a merry Christmas because simply I do not know what that means.

It all started at middle of November with culmination on the second week of December where everywhere we look, we find some rush, shopping fever... and stress. Over the years I have come to enjoy the end of December less and less, so I came to this point of completely disliking Christmas.

It seems that every year Christmas goods appear in the shops earlier and earlier. It is so annoying, Christmas is today, yet it seems to take a full month.

This whole thing about "Holiday Season" is just a commercial trap. Everything from Santa Clause and Frosty to boring Christmas songs, played everywhere, this whole "the time of giving" is pure bull. Time of giving? Give what? Give to your relatives and friends more useless shit that they don't need?

Anyway, I have promised to myself not to be negative anymore, so really I do not care about Christmas at all. It is a non working day and that's all that matters.

I have changed my life's attitude. Now, I live my life without self-concerns, not worrying about my welfare, material or spiritual. That's it. All is illusion pulled over my mind to lower my attention. Names and shapes need our attention in order to exists, and that we call - world. Without our attention nothing remains.

Each day we wake up in the same room and follow the same path, to live the same day as yesterday. When we were young, each day was a new adventure. Along the way, the world has crashed us and we changed. Before our days were timeless, now our days are scheduled.

Is this what it means to be grown up? To succeed? To be independent and free?

I don't know why people love this planet so much. Everyone wants to save it for future generations. The fact is that this planet is a a fucked up place. Everything here is subject to destruction and finally to death. Here, all things get spoiled on its own accord. Is it because of oxygen or some other things I don't know.

The very elements we need to survive, food, water, land are owned by big corporations. There’s no food for us on trees, no freshwater in streams, no free land to build a home. If you try to live "off grid" you’ll be locked away. So we must obey their rules.

We really do not know what Earth really is. We discover the world through television screen. For years we sit and look endless and seamless flow of pictures that are placed before our eyes. They are full of subliminal images and messages, tested and graded before they are emitted to us.

All important things in this world are built to steal our attention, to raise us to be no different from others, to be smart enough to do our job but not to question why and what are we doing. So we work and of course we look forward for Christmas...

To us, our life is unique, but together we are nothing more than sheep for the privileged few, the wolves behind the logos of corporations. This is their planet.
