some of ingredients for a good bean soup

Saturday evening, I am waiting for my friends to come over. I made a dinner. The soup of the day will be mushroom cream and the main entry goulash with pasta and asparagus on the side. For desert I will serve ice cream, chocolate or strawberry flavor. All that will be accompanied by lots of beer.

I started cooking again. After 3 years I made army bean soup last Wednesday and it was excellent. My friends were amazed about my culinary abilities. I have a touch. I worked in Italian restaurant as dishwasher, salads maker and breakfast cook and I was a chef on Sundays. 

Today I made goulash, baby beef and onions are base for this dish. It is not naive dish because you should be careful to add the water on time and only occasionally to steer the meat because it can be smashed. It should be intact.

I started at 3:30 pm and finished at 6:15 pm, I tried it and it is so tasty. The color is good, dark brown and the texture is rich. Now my friends has to confirm the taste.

I enjoyed making it. Almost 3 hours passed without noticing. If anything is left I will put in the freezer so I have for next week.

I have done 13th yoga practice today with additional strength and stomach exercise. I feel tired now, physically tired which is a good thing. I am looking forward for my yoga retreat starting next Saturday. In period of 9 days I will not drink or go out at all. I will do yoga twice a day and read a lot.

Goulash is excellent with mash-potatos too.
