Within the prison of your world appears a man who tells you that the world of painful contradictions, which you have created, is neither continuous nor permanent and is based on a misapprehension.

He pleads with you to get out of it, by the same way by which you got into it. You got into it by forgetting what you are and you will get out of it by knowing yourself as you are.

- Nisargadatta Maharaj

Good morning my friends,

It is a crazy time do you enjoy it? I mean when time is not crazy. Time does not exists, a change in your perception creates time. I want to write about truth, you may take it or not, it is up to you.

Happiness is your choice and your attitude is a key

Your happiness is in direct relation with a sense of how you view yourself and the world you live in. You take a pose, a stance and lead your life that position most of the time defending that attitude.

The attitude is everything in this life. If you consider something important then your attitude will be serious toward that particular event, person or whatever.

Your attitude is based on your beliefs. Do you believe that this world existed before you were born?

You don't even know when you are born. You have seen the photos, heard stories, your mother and father told you. But you, you don't have the experience of being born.

Wrong knowledge about this things is causing all the suffering in this world. You simply do not know truth. Truth is simple and terrifying at the same time. You need to investigate and see it in plain sight.

You live life with a mistaken identity

Taking yourself as a body with the thoughts, feelings and emotions, you are convinced that you're born on certain date when you have given a name which you proudly carry on.

In your childhood, you've collected some beliefs and formed the attitudes towards people, things and the world in general... and you go on living until you get old and finally die.

The life with a mistaken identity is based on fear. Because you don't know who you really are, believing in your personality is a cause of great suffering.

So what really has happened?

In an ecstasy of your mother and father the seed of consciousness is planted in your mother's womb. From there a new formed body grows and after 9 months it is delivered to the world. The body is growing by food, and in the beginning the consciousness - the sense of "I am", is not yet there.

In one single moment, somewhere when body was 2 or 3 years old the sense of "I am" appears and it is said you have gain consciousness. You are aware of yourself, you don't know who you are but you know that you're something that you exist.

The sense of presence, the sense "I am", consciousness, is felt due to food you eat. The essence of food is the sense of "I am". It is a general sense of presence, just like air or space.

In that moment, when you first sensed "I am", when you have become aware of your existence your universe is created, your world is solidified and your attention is developed.

You're not born in an existing world, you create the world in every single moment

The world you create is an imagination based on desires, just like the sense of "I am", which is the original, primordial illusion.

What is born are three states of consciousness: waking, dreaming and deep sleep.

On top of that you collect and build "your" personality which is based on identification with the world. And this is your wrong identity that is causing you to suffer.

"I am" sense is temporary imagination making you aware of existence.

You create universe you're living in, in every single moment of existence. It's the power of your imagination and desires, so don't be afraid of your creation.

Don't consider yourself to be a person with a mind. You are not that. You are not "I am" sense, you are the One who has this sense.

Do not frame yourself and say this is me, this is what I am. Don't define yourself, you are "not this and not that". Nothing you see or feel is you. Stop suffering and turn towards truth.

Investigation of these facts is the very purpose of your birth.
