It is doubts, a feeling of uncertainty, the lack of conviction.

The great secret of this Universe is the fact that people create their own reality by using the power of mind. We're creating the outcomes in our life. Whatever is truly believed it is achieved and that can be anything we set our mind to.

Most people imprison themselves by various doubts. Doubts creates misery, replaying sad stories, reciting the same failed scripts time after time. Their thinking is complaining and blaming others for their miserable life.

We talk to ourselves all the time and that internal conversation can have huge effects on our body and mind. Words have power and words are power!

Our self-talk is a form of the mind programming. It has the potential to mold and direct our attention and perception of the world because the mind has capability of being shaped by the self-talk.

Years ago, Reader’s Digest featured the true story of Nick Sitzman, a strong, young bull-of-a-man, who worked on a train crew. It seemed Nick had everything: a strong healthy body, ambition, a wife and two children, and many friends. However, Nick had one fault. He was a notorious worrier. He worried about everything and usually feared the worst.

One midsummer day, the train crew were informed that they could quit an hour early in honor of the foreman’s birthday. Accidentally, Nick was locked in a refrigerator boxcar, and the rest of the workmen left the site. Nick panicked.

He banged and shouted the door but no one heard him.

The next morning the crew slid open the heavy doors of the boxcar and found Nick dead. Autopsy revealed that he had frozen to death. And yet the refrigeration unit of the car was inoperative, and the temperature inside was warm just like it was the outside.

But if we look at this story from the perspective of doubts, well, Nick Sitzman had killed himself by his mind power because he had no doubts.

Doubts are fears manifested in order to protect us from an imagined loss. Yet the irony is that doubt makes us lose out by fearing the very attempt.

Doubts are not the truth. Rather they are fear-fueled self-talk we tell ourselves about who we are, what we’re worth and what we’re capable of achieving.

My friend, don't harbor doubts in your head and don't express it in your self-talk. Before all else, strip things of everything that disturbs and confuses you, and see that very things contain nothing. The meaning of everything is supplied by you - by your expectations and  imagination.
