One way or another you're living the stories you picked up early in life. It is left up to you to decide what parts of your life story are a metaphor, and which are not. It's fun... seeing what actually exist, and what doesn’t.

How your story unfolds depends on your interpretation where you're always presented by different choices where your memories and desires, history and dreams, all flow into one.

You have emerged from nothing, you got a name, consciousness of self, inner feelings, lust for life and personality and with all this... yet... you have to die.

These feelings and desires are your story-line and you are so attached to that you want it to hold on to it... forever. And as a consequence of such attitude you are trapped, in the past and in the future, stuck in a mental abstractions outside the present moment.

Your personality is not "you"

The 20 years of spiritual searching, practicing and studying have left a deep influence on my psychological makeup. I see things in a different way. I see you want more of life. You strive for something. Probably these wants help you feel alive.

It is so plain and so obvious and so simple. All what you know, what you see, what you understand is a lie. Your sense of presence is the first lie, just imagination, everything else is built on it: the inner feeling of "I", ego, personality, perception, universe, the world, nations, relationships...various emotions, desire, passion, anger, greed, lust...

Living in the world and seeing the falseness of everything is a great courage. But, laziness, pride and cowardice are the main characteristics of humanity. In order to awaken, first of all you must realize your current state of living a life to be loved and liked by others.

Who loves you? Does it really matter how many people love you?

Love! It's a word that I use a lot. I'm easy to say "I love you" to my girlfriend and to my daughter. Some people are never feel comfortable using the word out loud. Neuroscientists and clinicians say the reason for that is the people's fear of expressing inner feelings.

In general people always want to be something. They want fame, they want to be liked, to be admired. Nothing less, they want love but they behave like a businessmen, investors, used to cutting their losses - they say in a consumer's world they live. Everything for them is an "investment," and they want the guarantees. They fall in love but only if they're loved back. When they don't love anymore, they hate.

This unnatural culture made you in a such a way that you constantly asking for people’s approval while you feel a little bothered when people don’t like you.

This fixation on getting people’s likes, at the expense of making your own choices, influence how you live your life. Who really loves you? I believe just a handful of people around you.

No one really "loves you", if they say they do, they want to be with you, they don't take you different than themselves. How many people you have like that in your life?

Basically, everyone loves, the first and foremost and only... self. The self-love is a force of life, it is a love for being alive.

People don't' get that, they prefer love and approval over criticism. They feel bad when the feedback they get isn’t good, some of them even commit suicide. They are in the hard grip of false personality, so called the character. Fortunately, most people usually shake off disapproval and move on, and focus on the people who recognize their strengths.

If you feel persistent anxiety when someone doesn’t seem to like you, there are several possible reasons. You have a high self-esteem wrongly based on your own experience of your life. If your need for approval from every person in your life is causing you stress, consider learning how to live without it.

You, as a person, simply don't exist!

There is no personal self, there is no I, there is no spirit, there is no soul. It is all imagination, the functioning of your confused mind. And that's all and this is all you need to know.

The life is like a dream, it appears that you are living, liking this, disregarding that, it looks like that you are growing up, earning, getting wiser while laughing and crying... for some time... and then the show ends. And you call it a journey.

Why are you conditioned thinking that you are on a journey? Fuck me if I know why do you think you are on journey. Life has no explanations to give you. It is an empty, meaningless flow of events that just go on and on.

You want to think you are immortal, but you aren’t. You behave like you're immortal, you have no notion of your own death. You always want more and better and you're striving to reach goals, objectives and you're saving for a retirement in order to start living.

No one can give you happiness!

Stop accumulating, life is about living. And stop spending your time and money on useless crap.

Really, thank you for trying to make other people happy. Whatever you do, people will never be pleased with you. If you want to make a real difference in the world, leave them as they are. Don't avoid them, just let them be as they are.

If there’s one thing that matters in life, it’s learning how to be happy. It is so wrong if you put your own happiness in the hands of others.

If you find yourself waiting around for your parents, your children, or your friends to make you happy, you’ll be waiting for a very long time. Because they are just like you, they are also waiting for happiness to come.

It’s time to take your own happiness back and to stop handing the responsibility off to others. It’s your responsibility to live the life that you’ve always wanted. First know what you want and by discovering what makes you happy and going after it is all a part of your life, no longer expecting others to do it for you.

Unless you are living in the present you are wasting your life. All the stuff you're worried about doesn’t really matter. Hopefully, you’ll see that you still have time to do the things you actually always wanted to do.

Hurry, you might not wake up tomorrow so don’t put off what you can do today until tomorrow. You might not get the second chance.

You will never have enough time. Collect yourself fast and cut the crap out of your life and realize your own bullshit.

You create your experience

All spiritual teachings said that you create your own reality and that you are what you are believing. This saying has been part of our culture for thousands of years now, from The Buddha to the present...

What you dwell upon you become. - The Buddha

It is done unto you as you believe. - Jesus Christ

Whatever a person’s mind think on intensely and with firm resolve, that is exactly what he becomes. - Shankaracharya

We do not see things as they are, we see them as we are. - Talmud

We become what we think about all day long. - Ralph Waldo Emerson

Whatever the mind can conceive and believe it can achieve. - Napoleon Hill

Change your thoughts and you change your world. - Norman Vincent Peale

Let’s get one thing straight. You do not create your own reality! Period. Your thoughts does not create anything. The positive thinking does not manifest things in front of your eyes, your visualization and dreaming are not going to get you what you want.

However, you do create your EXPERIENCE of reality. Your thoughts about world create experience of YOUR life. This distinction is critical, and far too often it’s ignored in favor of the far more attractive idea of being in control of reality by the power of thoughts.

Let repeat, you actually create your experience and that is your reality. The creation happens always in the present moment. You are responsible for your daily moments. There is no past or future but only the present.

It is important that you realize that you are not at the mercy of the universe, that you are not at the mercy of the world, anything or anyone. All events are neutral and you give them meaning and by doing so you create your experience, your reality.

Although consciousness is universal and the knowledge "you are" and whatever knowledge there is, is all common, its expression thought the body and the mind is individualistic, there everything is different.

Whatever goes on in the world is based on consciousness only. The consciousness acts through the words. The entire action in the world is based on this, but YOU, the experiencer or the witness is totally apart from that. Do not be mistaken to take yourself to be consciousness. You are the One who is conscious - you can not be what you witness.

Whatever unhappiness in this world you think you have is based on that wrong concept which is build up due to consciousness. You are never happy, always busy, looking, preparing for the next big thing.

I don't give a damn for superficial goals

I'm feeling your pain, because just like you, once I was going after so many things: my career and education, personal and spiritual development, my relationships, health, and wellness. Just like you, I had some short fun between long states of sorrows!

But I stopped running. You don't get it? Okay, you see, I have nothing to do. You have a lot to do, it is often hard for you to know what to do first so you miss the most important thing in life... the present moment.

Don't be your enemy! You doubt, complicate life, cloud your mind with unimportant thoughts and negativity, you punish yourself, hate yourself and then feel sorry for yourself because you create the experience that your life is a living hell.

You have wrongly identified yourself with consciousness and the consciousness has identified with the body and the mind. That gives you experience of the world..

If you realize that you create your experience of your world through your thoughts and desires, then you have learned the most important aspect of reality - the world does not actually exist. This is what you have been set out to learn in current life.
