I need biceps and stomach work


I live my life with clearly defined goal. Today, on March 11, 2022 I'm declaring two lines of conscious actions. The first one is getting rid of my personality completely and acting in this world from the standpoint of pure awareness. I will set my attention into I AM sense and be before thoughts.

My second line of action is going to be directed towards my appearance. The physical body is given to us as a vehicle, a container we use to experience this world. I want to put it in mint condition. I want to look good and healthy.

Do you see this guy in main photo of this post? Well, I'll put my efforts to look similar like him. Today, on this Friday, my starting position is not so good. I'm tall 191 cm or 6'3". My weight this morning is normal, 91kg or 200lbs. I have thin arms and big belly fat. I want to change that.


My starting point is not so presentable!


We can put a man on the moon, but we can’t cure belly fat? According to the medical researchers, “belly fat is the most dangerous type of fat of all because it could increase risk of high blood pressure, heart disease and stroke.” But this is the best part; you know what they recommend to cure belly fat? Yoga!

I knew it. Everyone says it works. However, after all these years of doing ashtanga yoga I cannot promise that yoga actually does anything to belly fat. I need additional exercise and especially special diet in order to change the physiology of my stomach.


My enemy is subcutaneous fat


Everyone has some belly fat, even people who have six-pack abs. That's normal. But too much belly fat affects our health in a way that other fat doesn't. Some of our fat is right under skin. Other fat is deeper inside, around our heart, lungs, liver, and other organs. It's that deeper fat - called "visceral" fat - that is problem, even for thin people.

We need some visceral fat. It provides space around our organs. But if there is too much of it, we are likely to get high blood pressure, diabetes, heart disease and certain cancers. The fat doesn't just sit there. It's an active part of our body, making nasty substances.

After 2 years I'm going to the sea again, this April


Year 2022, I have made a detailed plan for the travel. The tickets are already paid for.

April 26, Mexico, Mayan Riviera, 8 days
June 22, Amsterdam, Holland, 4 days
September 3, Belgrade, Serbia,  21 days

I am a person of extremes and if I don't see results in short period of time I'm discouraged and I quit the endeavor. I practice ashtanga yoga and I don't spare myself, the practice is one hour long and I'm exhausted after it.


New daily yoga routine is a key


I don't like to be a leaf on the wind where life drifts me around and I don't have any say. I want to e responsible for my own existence. 

So from now on I have set this goal - At all times, but only here and now, I must maintain "I AM" sense. Other than that I have to work hard, be disciplined and be concrete. I'll use this blog to motivate myself to turn my vision of the future into reality.

Lemon/ginger will do the trick


To shrink stomach and feel full faster, experts recommend eating small meals evenly spaced throughout the day and eating salads, vegetable soups and fruit. Other recommendations include drinking water before and during a meal and eating smaller portions. I eat a lot of fruits and I use ginger root/lemon tea, a small cup before and after every meal.
