The Mastery of Life

At present time I feel an emotional exhaustion. I'm looking forward towards isolation and solitude. I've been investing a lot of time and energy into social interaction so now I'm drained and empty. By constantly giving myself I've neglecting my needs.

If you didn't noticed, I've changed the subtitle of my blog, The Mastery of Life is my new preoccupation. Awakening, yoga and daily life subtitle is gone. I will still write about those things but my main point will be based on this new concept.

By The Mastery of Life concept I refer to my pursuit of personal growth, self-improvement, and the development of skills and qualities that will lead me to a fulfilling life. This concept encompasses various aspects, including physical, emotional, intellectual, and spiritual well-being.

Achieving mastery in life involves gaining control and understanding of myself, cultivating habits and attitudes which are striving for continuous change. It's about consciously directing my life and choices toward self-realization and making the most of my potential.

Let me be clear as much as I can, there is no one to be changed, no one to be "better". The personality is imaginary thing, but there are forces in the universe, so called Intent, that can make things happen. So I am directing the Intent towards things I want in my life.

Understanding myself, including my strengths, weaknesses, values, and aspirations, is essential for my actions and orientation toward others. Self-awareness allows me to make right (not wishful decisions) and align my actions with my values.

Developing emotional intelligence involves recognizing and understanding my own emotions and those of others. It includes skills such as gut-recognition, self-regulation, empathy, and effective communication, which contribute to building healthy relationships and managing conflicts. Being direct in communication, saying things when they have been seen, without fear, is a crucial.

Embracing a mindset of continuous learning is crucial for mastering life. It involves seeking knowledge, acquiring new skills, and staying open to new perspectives and experiences. Lifelong learning helps my adaption to change, overcome challenges, and it unlocks new opportunities.

Setting clear goals and creating a plan of action is an important aspect of mastering life. By defining specific, measurable, achievable, relevant, and time-bound goals, I can focus my efforts and make progress towards things I find useful for me.

My current emotional drain presents challenges, by developing resilience and adaptability is key to overcome this situation. Resilience involves looking into problems directly, while adaptability is the ability to adjust and thrive in the face of change.

Mastering life involves finding balance between my work, relationships, health, and personal interests. Prioritizing self, maintaining healthy relationships, and managing time and energy effectively contribute to my life satisfaction.

This is my concept of the mastery of life. It's about finding what resonates with me and aligning my actions with my definition of a fulfilling and meaningful life.
