This morning I read the article about harmful effects of meditation. My wife will agree with this article, she often says I am in depression. Anyway, follow
this link if you want to read the original article: Meditation can be harmful
A 2022 study, using a sample of 953 people in the US who meditated regularly, showed that over 10% of participants experienced adverse effects which had a significant negative impact on their everyday life and lasted for at least one month.
According to a review of over 40 years of research that was published in 2020, the most common adverse effects are anxiety and depression. These are followed by psychotic or delusional symptoms, dissociation or depersonalization, and fear or terror.
So, lets talk about anxiety and depression
Humankind project has failed. The effects of this has became more and more apparent. Right now humanity invests heavily into development of artificial intelligence and they are going after actual merge of human and machine.
The merge of human brain and machines, they say, will increase human consciousness (???), physical strength, emotional well-being, and overall health and greatly extend the length of human lifetimes.
Face your life and your existence as the almighty cosmic joke but don't laugh, be damn certain to know that you are the subject of that joke.
For decades, you are forced to think about unimportant things, do repetitive work with constant worry for your basic needs, feeling helplessness. All that lowers IQ, harms cognitive functions, makes you robot like creature... the things that leads you to anxiety, depression and apathy.
You have to be very insensitive not to notice that most of the time you are under the impression that you have depression or anxiety or some sort of illness. Either you caught the bacteria or you have neurotransmitter imbalance.
You have noticed something is wrong with you but you cannot really define it. If you do feel tired, I think it is a time for you to know what is going on.
It's a crime against humanity
The mainstream media. owned by big corporations, is doing everything imaginable to keep up with the fear. The perpetual fear is widespread, so the toxins accumulated from air and water spread through your brain freely. The fear is the one of the main opening for blood-brain barriers.
Misery has no end. And this is only the tiny tip of the iceberg. Politicians, responsible for “convincing the herd” actually believe the lies which are being imposed upon them by higher authority. The lies becomes truth. Politicians endorse and enforce “new social engineering”.
There is an enormous contradiction between your intelligence for daily survival and the stupidity of your beliefs. You stick to your beliefs, ideas of good and evil and social mores. You set up hopes and expectations and dreams of success or failure based on such beliefs but you don't see that you have made yourself covetous, greedy and coward.
By the concepts put into your brain from outside you will start to fear meditation.
Depersonalization and Derealization (DPDR)
I will not lie to you, the goal of spiritual awakening is exactly the same as the
DPDR mental disorder.
Depersonalization is a mental heath problem that refers to the feeling of disconnection from one's body, thoughts, emotions, or identity. It is described as a feeling of being detached from oneself, often observing oneself from the outside.Derealization involves a sense of detachment from one's surroundings, seeing the world as a dream and the body as a robot like machine.
Psychiatrists indicate that DPDR disorder is caused by prolong use of
marijuana and other drugs, stress or trauma, long periods of anxiety and
depression and other mental heath conditions but now they say it can also occur in
people who are practicing mindfulness meditation or experiencing spiritual
awakening or enlightenment.
Spiritual practices bring experiences. That is okay if they are taken as such,
as experiences. They are a part of your personal growth and development.
Derealization and depersonalization are one of these experiences and they can
be associated with mental health challenges if you are not prepared.
Those experiences can scare you without really having a reason to do so. They
are not dangerous and they are transient. They are part of spiritual maturity
but if they are induced suddenly by stress and trauma it can cause the
challenge.
Depersonalization, as any mental heath disorder, comes in episodes, when your
individual's consciousness changes, so you become aware of the unreality of
your psychological self. If you are unprepared without spiritual knowledge,
this is a terrifying. You are simultaneously identified with your inner
monologue, but you also see its illusory nature.
What makes this experience particularly frightening is that it is impossible
to adequately describe, because it is exactly this experience that language
was designed to hide.
In DPDR disorder, you do not enter into new psychological state (5th dimension
or any expanded consciousness), but rather you becomes aware of an aspect of
experience that you had previously been unconsciously ignoring. The faculty of
your mind with constant thinking process actually screens out this aspect of
experience.
DPDR feels like you're an observer of your thoughts, feelings, your body or
parts of your body for example, as if you were floating in air above
yourself. This can bring panic attacks, shortness of breath and other issues.
You're feeling like a robot not in control of your speech or movements. You
experience an emotional numbness and a sense that your memories lack emotion,
and that they may or may not be your own memories.
Enlightenment is similar but at the same time quite different than DPDR
episodes. There is no “you” observing anything from anywhere. It is not
experience it is a kind of understanding. You don’t “feel like” anything.
There is no “you” that can feel like a robot or whatever...
It all comes down to the question:
Are you ready for enlightenment?
DPDR is normal. It’s not considered normal by medical society, they make money
on it, so they will say there’s something wrong with you. Enlightenment is
basically the ultimate depersonalization, it is complete when there’s no more
"you" left.
Don’t expect any support from society, most will just think you’re crazy. And
in a way, you are. What is the difference, you have already went insane all
your life having a person in your head who was telling you what to do, what to
feel.
You have to go through your insanity to become sane. You don’t have to talk to
anyone about what you’re going through, but don’t be afraid - it is to be
expected. And don’t do anything drastic or stupid. Just witness it, that’s all
that is needed.
Your persona was never real to begin with.
Know yourself!
In this life the awakening, getting enlightenment, obtaining self-realization, call it as you wish, is the most important thing. It is difficult, no difficult is not right word, it is impossible.
Know Yourself is a main thing in life and in the process of finding out about yourself is very dangerous. You may see what you do not want to see, your ugly, unpleasant, hurtful and dishonest things. The whole process of discovery of who you are hurts like hell.
Waking towards enlightenment is a frightening endeavor. It shatters your beliefs, world view and dissolves any certainty. It is very painful. The culprit of all seeing is the seeing that you don't exist, the "you" don't exist.
Unfortunately, the future is not so bright. The future is designed by the same people who have engineered your fears.
Your individuality, your clear thinking is nowhere to be found, and you're not different than the rest of your species. The age of mankind as we know it, will end soon by the universal nano-chip in the body, ID identity, cashless society etc. This is not a moralistic punishment for a fall of humanity. Zombie state is a natural consequence of the current state of affairs.
Humanity as a whole will not succeed in the battle for higher awareness. Few individuals will become aware of this situation and find the escape. Freedom exists. It is when there is no feeling of "I".
