What happens after death?

Are you afraid of dying? Do you wonder what happens when you die? If you do, try to understand truth. I urge you to investigate for yourself and search for the answers now, when you're alive. Don't wait you may regret it.

Here is my understanding...

Existing explanations about what happens after death, like the religion or theosophical one, says something like - the spirit separates from body and goes to eternal life. The body goes well, "earth to earth, ashes to ashes, dust to dust" but the spirit enjoys an eternal life.

And believe me or not I don't take this theory as wrong, but I need some explanation to give you.

Most of you fear the moment of death. I remember, my mother was terrified of death. I tried to tell her what happens but she did not want to listen. She embraced her fear and unfortunately that's how she died.

Don't fear my friend, there is nothing to fear about.

That time will surely come. Your heart will stop beating. The brain will shut down. Other vital organs, including kidneys and liver will froze. All your body systems powered by these organs will fail no longer capable of carrying on the ongoing processes understood as... living.

What is "living"? How you feel that you're alive? By what, you feel alive, you feel yourself? Sure it's consciousness, it's your sense of self, the "I AM" sense. You feel alive because you are aware of yourself foremost and of the world after!

Between the body and your sense of self there lies a cloud of thoughts and feelings, which neither serve the body nor the self. These thoughts and feelings are transient and meaningless, mere mental dust that blinds you, yet they are there, obscuring and destroying.

These clouds of thoughts, attitudes, tendencies and feelings are called a human Spirit but I call it a casual body because it is a cause of everything that happens to you, it is like your destiny. Your Spirit includes your imagination, understanding, hopes and wishes, desires and anticipation and of course your "I AM" sense. But you, you are apart from all that.
The memory of an event cannot pass for the event itself. Nor can the anticipation. There is something exceptional, unique, about the present moment, which the previous, or the coming do not have. There is a livingness about it, an actuality; it stands out as if illuminated. There is the "stamp of reality" on the actual (momentary), which the past and the future do not have.

What gives the present that "stamp of reality"?

There is nothing peculiar in the present moment to make it different from the past and future. For a moment the past was actual and the future will become so.

What makes the present so different?

Obviously, your presence. You're real for you're always now, in the present, and what is with you now shares in your reality. The past is in memory, the future - in imagination.

There is nothing in the present moment itself that makes it stand out as real. A thing focused in the now is with you, for you're ever present; The living is your own reality that you impart to the present moment.
Feelings and thoughts have been changing all the time. But there is a feeling that is real has never changed, even in dream. That's a witness of "I AM" sense - the sense of Presence... YOU ARE BEYOND THE SENSE OF PRESENCE, you are something who has that sense.

The Spirit of dead person attaches itself to "I AM" sense of a new born child by vibrational forces based on frequency or understanding. The Spirit is all around your brain and spine, around the pivot point of the Now.

The sense of presence depends on the food you eat. You need constant supply of the food in order to maintain the sense of Presence. "I AM" sense comes from the space around your body, it is a first and last thought of your physical body.

In the moment of death, you stop feeling "I AM" sense so the sense of presence fades away. Your deep thoughts, feelings, desires, attitudes... float around in free space and gets drawn by vibrational frequency to an existing or new born being, not yet aware of itself.

Your Spirit flies away but YOU, nothing happens to you. You have no more sense of "I AM", no more personality, you are simply free. There is no time there, no space, but it's not nothing. You are That even now, but you're covered by thoughts,

Your real nature is Bliss, Consciousness and Love.  Without thoughts you are pure Bliss not knowing yourself. With thoughts and "I AM" sense, you are living, you are Consciousness.

Between these two states is the Love, love to be, which makes you being born again and again. The child 2-3 years old get first "I AM" sense and then it draws thoughts, understanding and feelings and THEIR LIVING STARTS.

Self-realization, the enlightenment breaks this constant cycle of births and deaths. The truth is you are never born and you never die. The birth and death happens to you but you are not affected in any way. Don't be afraid, stay as you are.
