This is my favorite selfie with my wife. It is taken a night before our trip
to Maldives. It was July 31, 2022, my suitcase was lost and it was not arrived
from Toronto. We visited my father that day and he gave me this black
t-shirt.
This selfie was taken in Belgrade on River place after we bought all
new clothes for our trip. We had such a wonderful time in Maldives. It is the
one of the best holidays I ever had.

My wife is coming in 3 weeks to Toronto. We will celebrate my birthday here on Wednesday, March 27 and then on Sunday we're heading up to La Romana in Dominican Republic for a 7 days vacation. I am looking forward for this vacation, like never before, I desperately feel a need for some sun and sea.
The pain I had in my shoulders is gone so now I can swim freely. Since our wedding I miss my wife so much. 2 and half months of not being together is a lot. But I'm not going to complain again. I will use this period until we meet.
I have 2 major concerns for March. The first one is to increase my physical exercise and my second concern is to stay aware, fully conscious human being concentrating at the present moment only.

March is a tough month, it is still cold here in Toronto and we are already tired of long Canadian winter. It knows to snow a lot, it is windy, rainy and gray days knows to stay for weeks. Despite all this I need to increase my physical exercise.
February was a yoga challenge month for me and it was just okay, I am not fully satisfied. I had 20 practices but I can count only 8 because they are more than 45 minutes long, the rest were just stretch exercises. What is important, I was on yoga mat almost every day.
My body weights this morning is 89 kg, yoohoo bellow 90, I have slimmed 4 kg since I returned from Serbia in January 15. For March I need to do 1 hour yoga practice every day. This is the most important resolution I put in front of me for this period.
I have prepared my body for more workout so I am going to include in my daily practice the strength poses. I mean dolphin pose, regular plank and side planks.
The most important change for March is that yoga practice must be performed before I log in at work, meaning I have to do it before 8 am. This is crucial. The early morning yoga practice is quite different than the afternoon practice because the body is still stiff, the room is cold so you need more energy to generate the internal heat. This is done by doing sun salutations A and B.

After work I will go for a long walk regardless of the weather outside. I need walking, a lot of walking. Almost all February I spent in my apartment. I work from home and I went out only to buy groceries. This has to stop.
After walking I will go to gym at my condo. I am going to start slowly, arms, shoulders, stomach on day and legs and stomach the other day.
I need a strong will power to do this, I know that after today or tomorrow all muscles will hurt like hell. I will be tired and laziness will return. I should be very careful not to go more than I can handle at this moment. I need to increase weights slowly.

In order to keep daily routine I need to be aware and focused. This is my second concern for March - to be conscious of what I am doing and what I am talking. I have to cut external interests for daily news, internet and wasting my time completely stupidly and unnecessary.
My focus is going to be on my March's goal... daily physical exercise!!!
